How do I disconnect my Strava account?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click "Disconnect Strava". You can also revoke access directly in your Strava settings.
Can I get a refund?
Per-race purchases are non-refundable after the verdict is generated. Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days if Pro features haven't been used.
How accurate are the predictions?
Our predictions are based on proven training science and your actual data. While no prediction is perfect, our users find them highly valuable for setting realistic expectations.
